5. What sets you apart from the other applicants.
I think i pass them because I know most staff on the server and know my way around the server top to bottom and also i posted a server review,and may donate

6. What experience do you have as staff?
I have quite alot,so im not going to list it all.I am op head admin on my friends server,and op head mod on another

7. How can you benefit the server team?
I can benefit the team because i am a good builder
,and am also very good with commands.I can moderate the server,and stop any arguing between players and can also help new players,and give out punishments when needed.
8. Do you WORK well with other people?
Yes,Very well.
9. How long can you be on the server a day, and which days can you be online.
I can be online every day of every week,unless something urgent happens in the family,or parents take me somewhere.On weekdays i can be on from 5-6 hours and on weekends 12-13 hours,more if needed.
10. What are your biggest weaknesses and strengths
?My biggest weakness is when a someone STARTS a fight with me for no reason,especially if i said i dont want to fight them(IRL) then i get told off for starting it and get angry and upset.My greatest strength is when people boost my confidence,and donate to me,such as when i did the kids race for life a few years ago in NEWCASTLE.

15. Imagine this scenario happens:
You, A newly made staff member, comes online. Two people are arguing. One of them is an average player and one of them is a good friend of yours. The player is obviously right, and is asking you to settle this professionally. While, at the same time, your friend is asking you to kick/ban this player. The other option would be to ban/kick your friend. Your friend deserves the ban, the player doesn't. What do you do to handle the situation?
I would first ask what was going on,then if needed be i would mute the one that needed muting.If the player was right in saying my friend was hacking or something,i would ban the "friend" and give the player that had reported him a "good rating" if he applied for staff.
