15. Imagine this scenario happens:
You, A newly made staff member, comes online. Two people are arguing. One of them is an average player and one of them is a good friend of yours. The player is obviously right, and is asking you to settle this professionally. While, at the same time, your friend is asking you to kick/ban this player. The other option would be to ban/kick your friend. Your friend deserves the ban, the player doesn't. What do you do to handle the situation? i will ask them politely to stop and make friends if not they need to move along but if they dont listen i will mute them for 5 minutes.
